Let’s Talk

We'll get on a 20-minute call so I can hear what's behind the form. This is where I start to understand not just the logistics of your move, but what you actually need from an agent — the communication style, the neighborhood knowledge, the energy. Details that don't fit in a form but matter enormously in a match.

I Do The Work

This is where my decade in real estate does the heavy lifting. I go into my network, pull on relationships I've built over years, and start vetting candidates against everything you've told me. I'm asking the questions you don't know to ask, evaluating things you can't see from the outside, and narrowing the field until I'm confident I've found someone exceptional for you.

Meet Your Agent

I make the introduction. From here, you take it from there — but you're walking in already knowing this person has been hand-selected for you by someone who knows this industry inside and out, and who understands exactly what's at stake.

Is it FREE?

I get compensated by your new real estate agent if and when you successfully close on your purchase or sale. My compensation comes directly from the agent’s commission/fee for representing you. These referrals are common practice in the industry. While most agents do them only for past clients, friends, and family - I do them for the LGBTQ+ community because I care deeply about fair representation.

Getting connected to someone we know won’t judge us for who we love, for our identity, or for our affliations makes a very stressful process a whole lot more comfortable. Some agents get it, some don’t. I connect you to the ones that do.

What if I don’t like the agent?

Not to worry. If you don’t like the agent I’ll help you find another one you vibe with a bit better. You should only hire someone who you feel comfortable with, and who has shown you a reasonable amount of skill and care.

What if I have certain preferences?

Please do tell me about them! I’ve helped people with all kinds of preferences. Some feel most comfortable with an agent of a certain gender, others one that has kids, and some are looking for super-specific micro-neighborhood knowledge. The more you tell me about what makes you comfortable, the better your match will be.

Will you be helping me through the process?

I’ll help you get connected but I won’t be working with you through the purchase/sale process. I won’t represent you in any way, at any time. Just think of me as your Realtor® friend who knows people in cities all across the country who can take great care of you.
